Sue has 30 years' experience in the property and legal sector working across both new build and resale markets.
Delivering right across the country, she has worked on projects ranging from developments of just a handful of units to 2,500 unit placemaking schemes.
Sue has worked for plc organisations, as well as RPs, and has a huge breadth of knowledge across all disciplines and tenure forms.
She has a particularly detailed knowledge of Shared Ownership and an incredible eye for detail. Passionate about service, how customers rate their experience, and in things "being done correctly", she can quickly get to the heart of issues and how to fix them.

Elliott has 25 years’ experience in the property market working with clients such as Lord Rothschild, the Duchy of Cornwall, Schroders and Stanhope to name a few.
He has worked at Director/Board level within multi-billion-pound organisations, dealing with all tenure forms including BTR, PRS, Outright Sale, Shared Ownership, Shared Equity, Help to Buy, Mid-Market Rent and Affordable/Social Rent, and has worked on developments from Inverness down to the Isle of Wight, ranging from a few million pounds GDV to £300m.
